The 2019 Golden Globe nominations are in!

On Thursday morning, Dec. 6, 2018, actors Terry Crews, Danai Gurira, Leslie Mann, and Christian Slater gathered at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif. to reveal this year's nominees via Facebook Live.

The award show honors the very best in film and television. With Vice leading the film category with six noms, A Star Is Born, Green Book, and The Favourite followed closely behind with five nods each. In television, The Assassination of Gianni Versace led the pack with four nominations, while The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Barry, Homecoming, and The Americans all scored three. Meanwhile, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has announced that the upcoming ceremony will introduce a new special achievement award in TV.

As Nicki Swift previously reported, actor Idris Elba's teen daughter, Isan Elba, will serve as the Golden Globe Ambassador for 2019 to help highlight association's ongoing philanthropic efforts. Earlier this week, the HFPA announced that Killing Eve star Sandra Oh and Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Andy Samberg will join forces and follow in late-night host Seth Meyers' footsteps as this year's co-hosts. As Co-Chairmen of NBC Entertainment Paul Telegdy and George Cheeks released in a joint statement to Entertainment Tonight, "Sandra and Andy are the perfect choices to host this world-class event. They bring wit, charm and style to a room filled with the very best of film and television. It's sure to be another unforgettable fun-filled night."

Check out the complete list of nominees below (via E! News), and be sure to tune into the event early next year to see if your faves win. The 76th Annual Golden Globe Awards will air live from the Beverly Hilton at 8 p.m. EST on Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019.
