A fitness model and single mother who appeared on The Steve Harvey Show in 2016 has sued the host for sexual harassment.
Dominique Collier has filed a lawsuit against Steve Harvey alleging that he and his producers made her dress less conservatively than she wanted to, and subjected her to offensive audience commentary during the taping of an episode of Harvey's talk show that aired in April 2016.
Collier has also claimed her photos were altered to make her appear more provocative on the show, according to TMZ.
NBC Universal, which distributes the show and its production company, Endemol Shine, were also named in the lawsuit.

Collier stated she was cast to appear on The Steve Harvey Show after answering a casting call for 'single professional women who like to show off their looks.'
Once booked for the show, Collier said she was led to believe the show in which she appeared would showcase that she was a professional, single mom, as well as a fitness model.
But Collier's lawsuit said something much different happened at the actual taping for her episode.
Collier's claim also stated that the show edited photos of her to make her look more deliberately sexy
Her complaint stated that while she showed up for taping in a pencil skirt and full-coverage blouse, by the time cameras rolled the show's producers had made her change into a form-fitting skirt and a halter top

At one point while filming, Colliers' lawsuit claimed the audience was invited to vote on her appearance, which resulted in her being referred to as a 'whore,' 'slut,' 'ratchet' and included the term 'daddy issues.'
That portion of the show apparently did not make air, as Collier said the show pulled it in response to a cease and desist letter she sent, seeking that result.
However, Collier's recently filed lawsuit now claims that damage had already been done during the live taping.

In addition to the way she claims to have been treated by the show's crew and studio audience, Collier's claim also stated that the show edited photos of her to make her look more deliberately sexy.
After her portion of taping was wrapped, Collier stated she felt demeaned as she cried, backstage.
